How do I use BlueKeys?

How do I need a U.S. mobile number?

No, you can use your phone number with any country code.

BlueKeys is currently available in Miami. We are expanding to new locations in 2024. Stay tuned. Checkout the app to browse participating brands.

How do I get a membership? Do they expire? Can I cancel?

First, download the app to explore brand memberships. Brands provide both free and premium membership options. Premium memberships can be paid monthly or annually. If you choose not to renew your premium membership, you'll be automatically switched to a general free membership. You can also cancel your membership at any time.

How do I claim and redeem offers?

You must claim active offers before they are ready for redemption. You can find your active and claimed offers in the app. .

What types of offers can I get?

Each brand on BlueKeys sets up its custom membership program on BlueKeys. Unlock everything from secret menu items, to discounts, events, concierge services, and much more.

Who gets my data?

Only restaurants you're a member of will access the data you provide, including your membership activity. BlueKeys verifies each user with a unique mobile phone number to confirm membership and claimed offers.

What is your refund policy?

When I dine with a group of friends, can they also get the benefits?
